Our journey began with a simple observation: the most pressing problems in commercial poultry, swine, and livestock production — disease pressure, productivity loss, antibiotic dependency, and environmental burden — were being met with increasingly complex chemical solutions. We believed there was a better way.
Drawing on the deep heritage of botanical science, combined with the rigour of modern GMP+ certified manufacturing facility manufacturing and independent clinical validation, we built a portfolio of natural feed additives and nutraceuticals that deliver measurable, repeatable results — across species, across climates, and across markets spanning Asia, Africa, and beyond.

Maxwell Animal HealthCare was founded in 2021 with a conviction that was — and remains — uncommon in the veterinary nutrition industry: that the most effective, safest, and most sustainable animal health solutions come not from synthetic chemistry, but from the precise application of botanical science.
Our founders came from backgrounds in animal nutrition research, herbal medicine, and commercial farming. They shared a frustration with the industry's over-reliance on antibiotic growth promoters and synthetic coccidiostats — compounds that delivered short-term results at the cost of residue concerns, resistance development, and long-term herd health.
The alternative was not simply replacing one chemistry with another. It required building a genuine scientific programme around phytogenic compounds — standardising extracts, establishing therapeutic dosage windows, running controlled field trials, and documenting outcomes rigorously. That programme became Maxwell Animal HealthCare.

Today we operate a GMP+ certified manufacturing facility and ISO 9001-certified manufacturing facility, serve distributors and integrators across 45+ countries in SAARC, ASEAN, GCC, and Africa, and maintain an in-house R&D and quality-control laboratory that validates every batch before it leaves our facility.

Our quality-control and research laboratory operates independently from the production floor — a structural separation that ensures no batch is assessed by the same team that manufactured it. Every assay, every result, and every release decision is documented and traceable.

Our ISO-accredited QC lab runs HPLC assays, TLC profiling, and standardisation checks on every incoming batch. No material enters production without a Certificate of Analysis signed by our QC team.
